After getting my first computer as a teenager, a Commodore VIC-20, I decided I wanted to be a computer programmer, so i attained an Industrial Maths & Computing Degree majoring in Computing & Operations Research (logistics/problem solving).

The pathway to Email Solutions and Consulting

After my degree, I got a job as a computer programmer. I loved coding! I loved writing code to make something work!

I had a break for a while to start my family and re-entered the workforce as an IT consultant. I enjoyed working in this role as it gave me many opportunities to learn more about helping small businesses with their hardware and software problems. Along the way I was fortunate to further develop my skills in building computers, replacing parts and upgrading computers, domain hosting, installing software and finding better software solutions for small businesses.

I came across G Suite at a time when I was looking for a hosted email solution for a small business client needing to upgrade their in-house exchange server and could instantly see how cost effective it was and how it could solve so many of the problems plaguing my clients.
